Yeap, it's the last day of the week at last man. I'm so glad. Cause today I'll be having a camp!
Anyway, the group met up earlier in the day to finalize our powerpoint slide, and what we were going to present. Nothing further was discussed today as we have more or less settled all that, bubt all that is left is executing our work.
More work has to be done over the weekend. I have to work on a script for the members of Snap, so that we can present better on Tuesday. We plan to rehearse our lines together with the powerpoint on Monday. Tri will be working on the powerpoint and then she will send it to all of us in the group.

More Videos...?
Okaaaaay, right. We watched more videos today. Okay. Right.
After that very unnecessary video session, Snap got down to further discussions about the video. We discussed our video in a lot more detail and came up with our rough storyboard.
The video would start out with an old fashioned countdown from 5. From there, our group name would appear! We will be having the beat boxing audio from there. Then our group name would go away and the intro would begin. After our fun intro, each member will take a turn at talking. During our dialogue, we want to play some funky music to add to the spontaneity. After everyone's turn is over, we will end the video fast doing a very fast rewind of what was covered, and then we do our credits.
During the credits, we want to add in some of our NGs!
We have also covered some of the items that we can include to make our video more related to our theme. We also decided on the genre of music that we should try to get for the video. We agreed that to suit our theme, we would try to get songs from the 90's as it was a very fun era!
More importantly, we managed to lay down all the important tasks to be done.
VIDEO:
Today was a really great day for Snap and we have finally decided on the tasks and can come up with a properly timeline. Coming up with this timeline will greatly aid the group. It will definitely keep us on track and allows us to keep track of how much time we have.
We'll be preparing for our first presentation on Friday. Hopefully we come up with something solid!!! WE ROCK.

Snoozer.
Today was reallllllllllly really boring and unproductive. Why?
We sat in the LT today for most of the three hours. Doing? Watching video clips to clarify what kind of work we can produce.
Right. Anyway, since we did that, groups had no time to sit down together to discuss BECAUSSSSE, some of us have 3pm class.
OKAY NEVER MIND. Snap has managed to come up with our group logo for our intro. It looks really good and innovative! Tri's and Lionel's input. (: Rachael and I gave our feedback.
Then our awesome and (very x infinity) hardworking Tri sent us a draft version of our powerpoint slides. She put in the headings for each slide already. This really made our workload easier! Now we just have to discuss what to be included for each slide! Thanks a load Tri. (:
On my part, I'm trying to get my friend to do the beat box recording by the end of the week. I think he needs to be pushed a little more.
Snap is sooooo effecient. (: I feel happy to be the dongseng(junior in Korean) of the group as the older members have so much experience and I can learn from them. I also try my best to contribute and give constructive feedback. HEEE. (:

Oh man... ):
I feel really bad today. Don't understand why I wasn't in a good mood today. I'm like normal happy and crazy. But today I was half dead. Sorry to my team! ): I think it was because of my bad start of the day.
Bad, because I'd discovered that I entered the wrong email address for the account with the correct URL.
Now I can't use the same URL for the account with the correct email. Oh well. Thank God Wahidah said it was alright. =D
We viewed our peer's blogs. Some of the blogs were brief while some were more detailed. My inference from this is that some people don't want to reveal too much about their ongoing work while others are more open about it. I would prefer to be more open rather than hiding my work. At least people know what our progress is right? Come on guys, don't hide your work okay~ I wanna -kaypoh- but I definitely won't copy! So smile! And do this blog thing! We can SOOO do it. *Gets bimbotic*
The purpose of today's lesson was to pinpoint the keypoint of our video. So everyone settled down to discuss with their groups, and this was what Snap came up with:
Number two is showing how much we've learnt, seeing how when we came into TDS, we knew absolutely nothing. But at the current stage that we are at, we have been enriched with so much more skills and knowledge. We will tell this to the audience throw the show reel of our individual work.
And the last point is shown to the audience through our team work. We feel that it is very important for designers to work with one another. Not only to be friends, but also to learn from each other's different experiences.
Through all this, we hope to appeal to future designers. Hopefully, this video will be able to draw in talented individuals.
After this was discussed, Snap got together and discussed about our theme again. With further debate, we decided that Graffiti was very cliche and boring. Thus, we decided to mix this theme with an equal amount of Retro and Colourful. Thus,
I'm quite anxious about the soundtrack. I have to get some of my friends to help me with Beat boxing! This has to be done quickly as our video relies also on our soundtrack.
As for the group, we have to figure out how to integrate the three themes (Colourful, Graffiti and Retro) together and make it look like a great fusion to appeal to our audience.
I think that today, Snap has managed to find out some of the problems that we might face. This is good as we can now look out for any mistakes. Keep it up guys!
SPAZZ
I THINK HOR. OUR GROUP, GETTING ALONG BETTER AND BETTER. YAY. *WIGGLES*
...Ahem.
P.s. Sorry Tri! I'm always kicking your leg! D':
LOVES.

The purpose of today's lesson was to pinpoint the keypoint of our video. So everyone settled down to discuss with their groups, and this was what Snap came up with:
- 1. How fun and exciting TDS's MOI is.
- 2. How we progress from before when we knew nothing.
- 3. Learning from others and learning to work with them.
Number two is showing how much we've learnt, seeing how when we came into TDS, we knew absolutely nothing. But at the current stage that we are at, we have been enriched with so much more skills and knowledge. We will tell this to the audience throw the show reel of our individual work.

- Plan A is to do: Graffiti + Retro + Colourful
- Plan B is to do : Graffiti only.
- Figured out what kind of border we want—a clothesline with stills of our work.
- The background is the sky.
- The bottom will be a brick wall so that we can put the name of our work.
- The different work will “flash” by.
- Must figure out how to use more colours

First Day!!!
Gathered outside LT25 for a good 15 minutes and finally went in.
Alan started the briefing after 10 minutes of waiting. Some people were late though. Tsk tsk.
Alan covered the important point of Project 1, such as deadlines and requirements. It was all quite confusing at first, but we managed to get through it.
I'm in T03 for this block. I'm really eager to start the project because of the people I will be working with! I decided that I did not want to be in the same group as my good friends as I also want to work with other people. Moreover, being such good friends, we might not keep each other in check and our work might be lacking.
I am now in the same group as Lionel, Rachael and Tri! Lionel and I intend to major in Video whilst Tri and Rachael choose to specialize in animation. This is a good mix for the group as we can have variation in our project.
First of all, we established our Group Name. We had a few ideas at first:
We decided at last on the name Snap. We even came up with a Slogan: It’s done in a Snap! This is to show our efficiency in work! We have also established our different positions in the group!
We then began to conceptualize for our project. The style for our project was to have a very youthful style in our video. Things like graffiti, street style and beat boxing popped into our minds while brainstorming. We thought of all these things as it appeals to the younger audience and is considered "hip" and "cool".
Snap also thought of some of the work from the modules we had previously taken to be chosen for the video. Some of the modules are:
Reflection for today? I think that our group is getting along pretty well. We have our individual roles set aside and that is a good thing as we have work split up amongst us now. I hope that we will be able to meet each other's expectations!
